Hello my name is Clare and I am a Reiki Practitioner/ Crystal Therapist
I would like to welcome you to the energy of Reiki. I've been involved with holistic approaches to healing my whole life and started my journey with Reiki in 2008 after the birth of my daughter, this is when I undertook my initial training in Usui Reiki Level 1. I followed this with attunements and training in Usui Reiki Level 2 in 2009 before my son was born in 2010. Since then I have been working as a practitioner of Reiki.
Reiki came very natural to me and made sense in a calming and centring way, and concreted my belief in healing by the laying of hands.
Every day, I strive to both help and heal my patients, empowering them to live better and healthier lives.
REI-KI (pronounced Ray- Key) is a system of natural healing which involves the laying of hands. Reiki is a very simple but powerful healing technique that is easily received by anyone. It is a holistic healing therapy that can help with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, insomnia, mindset and general well-being.
When you receive Reiki each and every one will have a unique healing experience. In most cases you will experience a state of deep relaxation and peace.
A Reiki session can vary between 45 – 90 minutes depending on the session you choose.
I offer a variety of Reiki treatments and packages to suit your needs. Your first consultation gives me the opportunity to discuss how you are feeling and how Reiki can assist you.
I can also compliment your Reiki healing with Intuitive and Crystal Healing.

My name is Lucy. I am a devoted student in this school room of life, with joy as my major.
As a child life’s-joy was unencumbered, through conscious choices, mindful techniques and practices, in now what I call my 3rd season of life, I re-welcome this limitless state of mind and heart. I consciously move toward that which nourishes my soul. I am a devoted and fervent student of joy. I believe joy is not circumstance dependent; joy can be grown and expanded upon; joy is the intimate companion of peace and contentment.
Why the name I love…, Lucy Life Coaching?
I love…, is an invitation to complete the sentence.
When we express, feel into, and cultivate love in our lives things shift for the better.
The name is a combination of my ever growing belief in love and a play on the legacy of laughs a funny sitcom can provide. Sharing the name of a great comedic character is, in my view, quite delightful.
If you find yourself in overwhelm, stressed with the endless to-do-list; if life has lost its lustre; if joy seems so far out of reach it feels like an unrealistic option for you; if you yearn to wake up with a sense of ease and peace; let me assure you there are tools to re-awaken your sense of joy and I would be honoured to share them with you.

I welcome you into my beautiful Hawthorne safe space. Through a kinesiology based healing session, I will recalibrate your whole body and bring you back into balance, ready to be in your power.
My sessions incorporate the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with touch healing and talk therapy. Together we will uncover the real you and work out what is holding you back.
I began my journey with a Diploma of Health Sciences, before being strongly drawn towards movement and energy healing. Following this, I completed a conscious practitioner course, consolidating my knowledge and learning in depth about activating the body's innate healing ability, applying holistic body psychology, kinesiology, TCM and touch therapy.
My space is a place of connection, where you will be listened to and supported on your healing journey.
